Scream Killer Carnifex W40K Painting, 20 Years in the Making. As part of the second batch of Retro Tyranids, this video features the painting of the first edition Scream Killer Carnifex. This monster is made entirely of lead and weighs 186 grams.
In this video I painted the second batch of retro Tyranids, the models are all from the first edition: the Scream Killer Carnifex and the Hormogaunt in lead, the Genestealer and the Tyranid Warrior in plastic from Space Hulk and Space Crusade.
