Kill Zone Volkus is an amazing terrain from Games Workshop for Kill team and Warhammer 40k in general. For efficiency, I decided to paint most of the terrain directly onto the sprues; it’s a clean and efficient way to do it. As for color tones, I prefer a warmer color scheme than Games Workshop suggests. Most importantly, I’ll show you how to effectively paint the Kill Zone Volkus using mixed media, including markers. Sometimes, even a few tips can significantly improve your painting skills.
